How to Request Tickets
We are pleased to now offer the option
to request tickets electronically using the button below
Why Help Us Transition to This Online System?
- You save time & postage!
- You get tickets quickly! (You receive your tickets via email in less than 30 minutes, which you can either print, or show on your smart phone at event entry.)
- You get up-to-date notifications! (Your email information in our system will ensure that you receive latest updates regarding shows and event day notifications.)
- You help the Foundation! (Going electronic helps the Foundation save mailing costs and volunteer time.)
How To Request Online
About Membership
This year you have to be signed into a General Membership account before you can request tickets.
- Membership is free.
- Your membership account simply ensures that you have signed in with a valid name and email address before requesting tickets, to ensure that you receive your tickets.
Step 1: Join as a Member
- First click the below image to start.
- Then click the [Join] button as shown below.
Log in or Sign Up
- If you remember your username and password, you can click [Login].
- If not, click [Signup] as shown below.

If You Know You Have a MEMBERSHIP Account
- Enter username and password to log in.
- If you do not remember username/password, use your full email address as the username to request a password reset using the red ‘Forgot Password’ link shown below.
- If you do not receive a reset email within 30 minutes, you may only have a ‘Contact’ account, in which case you should instead set up a membership.

To Join/Sign Up for a Membership
- Fill in all the available fields.
- Check the box for ‘I’m Not A Robot’.
- Click [Checkout].


Confirmation of Successful Membership Signup
- Once your membership is authenticated, you should receive a green alert stating your transaction has been processed successfully.
- Do not worry, the transaction was free.

Start Requesting Your FREE Tickets!
- Navigate to the Event Calendar.
- Select your first show (please note you may need to change the month on the left to navigate between current and future months).
- To apply for tickets please click [View Details & Register].
Add Tickets
- You may then scroll down to the second white box where you will be asked if you would like Group Tickets (Max of 40) or General Admission.
- If you are not an established senior group or home, please choose the number of tickets you would like in the drop-down menu for General Admission.
- Click the Next button to continue.

Save & Next
- Be sure to click [Save & Next] for all tickets. (This is important for you to obtain the exact number of tickets you wish to have.)
- Click [Add To Cart & Continue Shopping] if you wish to obtain tickets for other shows.
- You should see a small number by the Cart icon on the right increase by one each time you add tickets to a show.
- Once you have finished adding tickets to all shows, click [Checkout]. (If you do not check out, the order will not finalize.)


Getting & Using Your Tickets
- Your tickets will be emailed to you and should arrive within 30 minutes. (Sometimes you may need to check if the email went to your Junk or Spam folders.)
- You can either print or show the tickets on your phone at the event entrance.

Important Notes: Please Read!
When & How You Receive Tickets:
- Tickets will be emailed to you.
- If you do not receive your “Ticket Confirmation” email in your inbox from the Garden State Arts Foundation within approx. 30 minutes after completing checkout, please check your Spam and Junk folders.
- You can print and bring the tickets with you to the event, or simply show the tickets on your smart phone.

Instead, send us a quick note here for assistance and any additional questions you may have.
Group Tickets:
Please note this option is for established senior groups / organizations only. (Max 40 tickets. Two transactions necessary for more than 30 tickets.)

How to Request Tickets Via Mail
- If you are unable to request tickets online, using the postcard mailed to you, please indicate your choice of shows and number of tickets desired in the box below ‘No. of Tix’. (Note max tickets for individual vs. groups)
- Return with one or more self-addressed, stamped envelopes (legal size, 10″) to:

- For established senior groups / organizations only.
- Please include multiple envelopes with sufficient postage.
