How to Request Tickets

Why request tickets online?

  • You save time & postage!
  • You receive tickets via email within 30 minutes!
  • You can either print, or show tickets on your smart phone at event entry.
  • You get up-to-date notifications! 
  • You help the Foundation save mailing costs & volunteer time.

We are experiencing a significant amount of erroneous ‘duplicate requests

  • We need YOUR help to reduce this issue!
  • Please only request tickets ONCE, and if you have trouble, we welcome you to contact us for assistance! We are here to help!

Important Notes: Please Read!

  • We have removed the requirement of signing up for a General Membership account before you can request tickets.
  • Your “Ticket Confirmation” email comes from the Garden State Arts Foundation.
  • If you do not receive the email in your inbox from within 30 minutes of completing checkout, first check your Spam and Junk folders.
  • Please do not re-request tickets multiple times!
  • Tickets will be in the ONE PDF file attached – with one page per ticket.
  • Group Tickets: This option is for established senior groups / organizations only. (Max 40 tickets. Two transactions necessary for more than 30 tickets.)
  • We are here to help! If you have checked all of the above and still need assistance, send us a note and we will get back to you within about 24 hours (or Monday if you write to us over the weekend).

How To Request Online

Please note: These UPDATED instructions may seem long, but are broken out into very detailed steps with screenshots. We recommend reading all details before beginning to request.

Start Requesting Your FREE Tickets!

  • Navigate to the Event Calendar by clicking image below.
  • Select your first show (please note you may need to change the month on the left to navigate between current and future months).
  • To apply for tickets please click [View Details & Register].

Enter Contact Information

  • Enter your contact information.
  • Then click ‘Select Tickets.

Add Tickets

  • Scroll down to the second white box where you will be asked if you would like Group Tickets (Max of 40) or General Admission.
  • If you are not an established senior group or home, please choose the number of tickets you would like in the drop-down menu for General Admission.
  • Click the ‘Add to Cart & Continue’ button to continue.

Either Check Out or Add Next Show

  • You will now be directed back to the Events Calendar where you can add tickets to additional shows.
  • Be sure to click [Add To Cart & Continue Shopping] for ALL tickets. (This is important for you to obtain the exact number of tickets you wish to have.)
  • You should see a small number by the Cart icon on the right increase by one each time you add tickets to a show (see example below).
  • Once you have finished adding tickets to all shows, click the little Cart icon with the number on it, then click [Checkout].
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: There is no cost, but if you do not check out, the order will not finalize.

Getting & Using Your Tickets

  • Your tickets will be emailed to you and should arrive within 30 minutes. (Sometimes you may need to check if the email went to your Junk or Spam folders.)
  • You can either print or show the tickets on your phone at the event entrance.

How to Request Tickets Via Mail

  • If you are unable to request tickets online, using the postcard mailed to you, please indicate your choice of shows and number of tickets desired in the box below ‘No. of Tix’. (Note max tickets for individual vs. groups)
  • Return with one or more self-addressed, stamped envelopes (legal size, 10″) to:
